I. How We Collect and Use Your Information

When you use this software, we will collect information that you actively provide or that is generated from your use of the services in the following ways, for the purposes of providing services to you, optimizing our services, and protecting the security of your account:

1.1 Account Registration

When you register for a LIMA account, we collect your nickname, real name, mobile phone number, or email account. We collect this information to help you complete LIMA account registration, enable us to provide services, and protect your account security. Your real name and mobile phone number are sensitive personal information. We collect such information to verify your identity (for example, to receive verification codes) and to meet real-name network requirements under applicable laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you may be unable to use our services normally. In addition, you may choose to further provide information such as your gender, date of birth, occupation, and income; refusal to provide such information will not affect your normal use of this software. If you choose to log in to LIMA through a third-party account (including WeChat, Apple, etc.), after you agree to this Policy, we will obtain from the third party the third-party account information that you authorize to be shared (profile photo, nickname, and other personal information authorized by you on the page), and bind your third-party account with your LIMA account so that you can directly log in and use our services through the third-party account. We will use your personal information in accordance with our agreement with the third party and subject to compliance with applicable regulations. Please note that when you first log in to LIMA using a third-party account, in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and protect your account security, we will still require you to provide your mobile phone number to verify your real identity. At the same time, we will bind the third-party account with your LIMA account based on the mobile phone number you provide.

1.2 Vehicle Binding

When you bind this software with your LIMA vehicle, we collect your vehicle SN code. We collect this information to determine the relationship between you and your vehicle, so that we can provide you with the correct vehicle-related services.

1.3 Peripheral Accessory Verification

When you use this software to verify the authenticity of purchased LIMA peripheral accessories, we collect the anti-counterfeiting code of your accessory. We collect this information to verify the authenticity of the relevant accessory.

1.4 Vehicle Condition and Specific Functions

When you use the vehicle condition function or a specific function under vehicle condition in this software, in order to ensure normal service, we collect your mobile phone information, including phone hardware model, phone system, MAC address, unique identifiers (such as IMEI/MEID/IMSI/Android ID/IDFA/IDFV/OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID information and other device identifiers), phone name, phone time zone, Bluetooth information, Wi-Fi status (such as SSID and BSSID), IP address, sensor information (such as gyroscope sensor), and phone device configuration; your vehicle information, including SN code, vehicle frame number, motor number, central control version, battery level, driving speed, etc.; your log information, including operation logs, fault logs, service logs, etc.; and your location information, including country code, city code, geographic location, etc. This information is basic information that must be collected to provide services to you. For example:

(1) When you use location-based functions, such as historical trajectory, we collect the geographic location information of your vehicle to provide the requested service. The geographic location information of your vehicle is sensitive personal information and, by itself or in combination with other information, may identify your personal location information. If you do not provide such information, you may be unable to use that service function normally.

(2) When you use map and positioning functions, we collect the geographic location information of your vehicle and of your device, so that you can intuitively understand the location information of you and your vehicle.

(3) When you use the functions for viewing service outlets or online repair requests, we collect the geographic location information of your device to provide nearby available service outlets.

(4) When you use other non-location-based functions, such as vehicle management, OTA upgrades, tire pressure monitoring, battery information, and estimated mileage, we collect information such as your vehicle SN code, frame number, motor number, central control version, battery level, driving speed, fault logs, service logs, and operation logs, so that we can normally provide the services you request.

1.5 Mall Shopping

When you use the mall function for shopping, we collect your transaction information, including your name, contact phone number, shipping address, etc., so that we can correctly deliver the goods you purchase.

1.6 Third-Party SDK Data Collection

To provide services such as viewing vehicle location and vehicle status, some third-party SDKs integrated into this software collect information about your installed application list. For details about the third-party SDKs and their information collection and use rules, please see Part IV of this Policy.

In addition, according to applicable laws, regulations, and national standards, in the following circumstances we may collect and use your relevant personal information without obtaining your authorized consent:

(1) Where it is related to the personal information controller's performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;

(2) Where it is directly related to national security or national defense security;

(3) Where it is directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

(4) Where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

(5) Where it is necessary to protect the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the subject's authorized consent;

(6) Where the personal information involved has been disclosed to the public by the personal information subject on their own initiative;

(7) Where it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract at the request of the personal information subject;

(8) Where personal information is collected from lawfully and publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosure channels;

(9) Where it is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;

(10) Where the personal information controller is a news organization and the processing is necessary for lawful news reporting;

(11) Where the personal information controller is an academic research institution and the processing is necessary for statistical or academic research in the public interest, provided that when it externally provides academic research or descriptive results, it de-identifies the personal information contained in those results.

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are continuously updated and developed. If a function or service is not described above but collects your information, we will separately explain the content, scope, and purpose of such information collection through page prompts, interaction processes, announcements, or other means, and obtain your consent.

1.7 Payment Information

LIMA does not collect your payment information. The payment function of the LIMA Mall is provided by third-party WeChat Pay and Alipay. When you make a payment, you will be redirected to the third-party payment service.

II. How We Store Your Information

2.1 Location of Information Storage

We will store users' personal information collected within China in China in accordance with laws and regulations. If the storage location of your personal information is transferred from China to outside China, we will strictly comply with legal requirements.

2.2 Information Storage Period

Generally, we retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the relevant purposes. For example:

Mobile phone number: If you need to use LIMA services, we need to retain your mobile phone number continuously to ensure your normal use of the service. After you cancel your LIMA account, we will delete your relevant personal information.

Geolocation: If you need to use LIMA functions based on location information, we need to retain the geographic location information of your vehicle continuously to ensure your normal use of the service. After you unbind the vehicle, we will delete the geolocation information related to you.

When our products or services cease operation, we will notify you by push notification, announcement, or other means, and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period. "Anonymization" means a technical process applied to personal information so that the personal information subject cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after personal information has been anonymized is not personal information.

V. Information Security

We strive to protect the security of users' information and prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access, or disclosure of information.

We collect, use, store, and transmit user information in accordance with the principle of minimization, and inform you of the purposes and scope of use of the relevant information through the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

We attach great importance to information security. We have established a dedicated team responsible for developing and applying various security technologies and procedures, conduct security background checks on security management leaders and personnel in key security positions, and have established a comprehensive information security management system and internal security incident response mechanism. We will adopt appropriate industry-standard security measures and technical means to store and protect your personal information, in order to prevent your information from being lost, accessed without authorization, publicly disclosed, used, damaged, lost, or leaked. We provide employees with data security awareness education and security capability training and assessment, strengthening their understanding of the importance of protecting personal information. We conduct identity authentication and permission control for employees who process personal information, and sign confidentiality agreements with employees and partners who have access to your personal information, clarifying job responsibilities and codes of conduct to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.

If a security incident such as personal information leakage occurs, we will activate an emergency response plan, prevent the incident from expanding, and notify you by push notification, announcement, or other means.

We also ask you to understand that in the Internet industry, due to technical limitations, rapid development, and various possible malicious attack methods, even if we make every effort to strengthen security measures, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of information. Please understand that security issues may arise in other links beyond our control.

VI. External Provision

At present, we will not proactively share or transfer your personal information to third parties. If there are other circumstances in which your personal information is shared or transferred, or if you require us to share or transfer your personal information to a third party, we will directly obtain, or confirm that the third party has obtained, your explicit consent for the above acts.

We will not publicly disclose the personal information we collect. If public disclosure is necessary, we will inform you of the purpose of the disclosure, the types of information disclosed, and any sensitive information that may be involved, and obtain your explicit consent.

As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, and other transactions. During your use of LIMA, you may access, update, or correct your personal information at any time. You may also contact us to restrict the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your personal information, and you may request at any time that we delete the personal information we have collected or withdraw the consent you have given.

7.1 Accessing, Updating, or Correcting Your Personal Information

You may access, update, or correct your personal information at any time through the Me - Settings interface. When you update personal information, we may require verification of your identity. Once we obtain sufficient information, we will respond to your request within a reasonable time.

7.2 Right to Deletion

7.3 Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information, and the right not to be subject to automated processing, including user profiling. You may issue such instructions at any time by calling 18622809644 or through the in-app online customer service.

7.4 Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information under our control by submitting a request. You may change your decision at any time by calling 18622809644 or through the in-app online customer service, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.

Please understand that certain LIMA service functions can only be provided based on specific information. Depending on your withdrawal request, your normal use of certain functions of this software may be affected.

7.5 Unbinding and Account Cancellation

You may unbind yourself from your vehicle through this software at any time. Once unbound, neither you nor anyone else will be able to view historical information generated by the vehicle during the period when it was bound to you.

You may cancel your account at any time by calling 18622809644 or through the in-app online customer service. Once the account is cancelled, your personal information and vehicle data related to you will be permanently erased.

VIII. Changes

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When the terms of the Privacy Policy change, we will show you the updated guideline by push notification, pop-up window, or other appropriate means when you log in or update the version.

IX. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. According to applicable laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using LIMA services. If you are the guardian of a minor and have questions about the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us.
